The Research Training Group for the Institutes of Protestant, Islamic and Catholic Theology will explore, through theological and interreligious reflection, how religious traditions and spiritual practices can contribute, in a constructive way, to the shaping of religious differences.
We are guided by the thesis that Christianity and Islam are plural in their normative traditions. Not only did they differentiate themselves (Pluralism I), but they also developed forms of dealing constructively with a plurality of religions (Pluralism II).
